MarketSprout AI Data Deletion Policy

MarketSprout AI ("MarketSprout AI", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their personal information.

This Data Deletion Policy explains what information can be deleted, what information we may retain, and how you can request deletion of your account and personal data.

1. Information We Delete

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information where legally permitted, including:

• Your account information

• Email address

• Business profile

• Brand Kit information

• Marketing calendar data

• AI-generated marketing content stored on our servers

• Saved campaigns

• Uploaded logos

• Uploaded images

• Marketing preferences

• Saved prompts

• Saved drafts

• Connected social media account information stored by MarketSprout AI

• Account settings

2. Information We May Retain

Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including for:

• Legal obligations

• Fraud prevention

• Security investigations

• Tax and accounting requirements

• Subscription and payment records

• Resolving disputes

• Enforcing our Terms of Service

• Protecting the security and integrity of the Service

Any retained information will only be kept for the period required by applicable law or legitimate business purposes.

3. How to Request Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and personal information using one of the following methods.

Inside the App

If available:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

Deleting your account will begin the account deletion process.

• Your registered email address

• Business name (if applicable)

• Confirmation that you wish to permanently delete your account

4. Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within thirty (30) days.

If additional verification is required to protect your account or prevent unauthorized deletion, we may contact you before completing your request.

5. What Happens After Deletion

Once your deletion request has been processed:

• Your MarketSprout AI account will be permanently deleted.

• Saved AI-generated content will be removed.

• Marketing calendars will be deleted.

• Brand Kit assets will be removed.

• Saved campaigns will be deleted.

• Uploaded images and logos stored by MarketSprout AI will be removed.

• Connected account information stored by MarketSprout AI will be removed.

• You may lose access to active subscriptions once the current billing period ends.

• Deleted information generally cannot be recovered.

6. Third-Party Services

MarketSprout AI integrates with trusted third-party providers, which may include:

• OpenAI

• Anthropic

• Google Gemini

• Firebase

• Apple

• Google Play

• Meta

• LinkedIn

• TikTok

• Pinterest

Where applicable, deletion requests may also result in the removal of associated information stored by our service providers, subject to their own legal obligations and retention policies.

Please note that if you have published content to third-party platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, or Pinterest), deleting your MarketSprout AI account does not automatically delete content that has already been published to those platforms. You may need to remove that content directly from the relevant platform.

7. AI Processing

Information submitted to AI providers is processed only as necessary to generate the requested content and provide Service features.

We do not intentionally use your prompts or business information to create public datasets or sell your prompts or personal information to third parties.
